Overview
A Human Resource Director is responsible for leading and managing the overall human resources function within an organization. They develop HR strategies, oversee employee relations, manage recruitment and talent development, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support organizational growth by creating a positive and productive workplace culture
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and strategies
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee training
- Manage employee relations and workplace conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Lead performance management and staff development
Must Have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
Nice to have
- Previous experience in a senior HR role
- Experience in employee training and development
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Additional language proficiency
- Experience with HR software systems
